Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns and Refunds:
- We do accept returns and offer refunds
- To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received and approved by owner
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- If you purchase extensions and are unable to pickup/cancel they will be mailed
 
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Extensions
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods
